Very Golden Valley - 9/26/2019
Gotta luv the high desert to live between 2 inspiring low mtn ranges and towns of Kingman & Bullhead/Laughlin. Walmarts, Walgreens, Groceries and Thrift stores galore. Outdoors for hiking, off road trails like The Peace Trail, fishing & boating Lk Mead & Lk Havasu, seasonal snow nearby in Flagstaff. Parks like Grand Canyon & Uttaj 5 driving distance. Birds & Critters 2 see. Hot about 3 months, T-storms and winds, freeze only about a week with rare snow. Very affordable to retire or second home w rv and/or manufactured home, property taxes low. People friendly in this quiet but growing NW corner of Az, enjoy
