Country Roads Village is an Active Adult Community filled with activities from dawn to dusk and beyond. The place where it is impossible to be bored! Country Roads Village is located in Yuma Arizona, the sunniest city in the United States where the sun shines on average 90 percent of the time. Our desert community also has the distinction of being the least humid and having fewer days of precipitation than any other U.S. city. Plus we are located just minutes from the Mexican Border where thousands of people go to save thousands of dollars for Medical, Dental, Eye wear, oh and there are Bars where the Tequila flows. Who says you can’t have a good time when you go to the Dentist. If you are an Active Adult then Country Roads is for you!
