Sumerset II - 4/20/2009
Sumerset II is a "retirement community" in Brentwood, CA (Northern California). It is a lovely place to live. It is quiet and well located near the corner of Balfour and Fairview Ave. It has easy access to the new Highway 4 Bypass which provides access from Vasco Road (to Livermore) to Antioch, CA. We are West of Stockton; North of Livermore; East of Walnut Creek; South of Antioch. We live right in the middle of the Orchards, as our community is still surrounded by agriculture enterprises.
