This site states (see above) that 93923 is Carmel, Ca. Nope. 93923 is Carmel-by-the-Sea which is along the ocean and adjacent to Pebble Beach. Carmel, CA has a different zip code and is above the highway in the hills. I lived in Carmel-by-the-Sea for 10+ years and loved it. The current home prices are ridiculously high: i.e. tiny cottages that need a lot of work priced at $2M. When the market crashes--and it will--hope the buyers own the property. i.e. the Global GDP is approx $94B when the Derivatives Market is often estimated at over $1Quadrillion with Billionaires manipulating it. The 2008 crash was sparked by Derivatives...think about it.
