Blagh, WTF Man! A suburb, What happened?? - 6/13/2018
When I first came here in the 80's this was the Place, not a lot of people, farms around, everything was okay! But Today? let me tell you. Due To Calif/San Diego's housing crisis problem, the Housing prices are skyrocketing warp speed. 1400 a month rent 2 years ago is $2000. a $300,000 house all day long 5 years ago is over half a mil. these prices are pushing people out, Apartment owners are evicting people by the thousands to get younger people and raising the rent astronomical. It's totally Ridiculous. The population has exploded in 5 years, traffic up the whazoo. Only thing I can say is the Weather is ok. Otherwise search for paradise someplace else or become a millionaire to live
