This place is AMAZING. If you cherish nice, down-to-earth people, great neighbors, beautiful starry skies at night, not much traffic, views of the untouched hills on either side, easy commute into Burbank/Pasadena/Downtown, small character homes, families with young kids, numerous parks within walking distance, great local shops & businesses and people with integrity, and—best of all—blue ribbon award-winning k-12 public schools, then La Crescenta-Montrose is the place for you :-) We love raising our kids here! Read More
