Hart Flat Neighborhood - 8/16/2008
We moved to Hart Flat 25 years ago. The mountain community has more than doubled in size. The people living in this mountain bedroom community or very friendly and helpful. The commuity is like an old fashion rural area where people know one another and are there to assist a family if needed. Hart Flat is one of the prettiest areas in Kern County. There are about 200 families. With several 5+ acre lots to be built out. Great place to call
