Quality of Life in a town billed as "Sea Country" - 4/29/2008
Being only a few miles from the Pacific, "Sea Country" has the attributes of a Mediterranean Climate, cool mornings, warm afternoons, cool evenings, without the dampness of being on the ocean, (unfortunately we do not have the ocean view...:-( ).
The best part of living here is the closeness to major venues. San Diego is just 45 minutes away as is Los Angeles. Being in the Southern part of Orange County distances you from the more hectic and less appealing virtues of Southern California living, yet you are close to the best parts of Orange County...shopping, performing arts, beautiful beaches and the small beach community feeling and ambiance.
