What you see is what you get! - 9/22/2018
Lone Pine is an open book. What you see is what you get. No place is perfect, nor is LP, but for the whiners out there complaining of the high prices and grumps, ask yourself: Why am I living in a place I don’t like?
LP’s problems are California’s problems - too expensive to live in and no job for those willing to work. Instead of whining, head over to the LP Chamber of Commerce and volunteer for the LP Film Festival. You can’t be grumpy showing tourists how great the Alabamas and LP really are. Can your kid walk/ride bike to school? How about the LP Plunge or the LP Park? How about fishing Hogback Creek? There’s freedom in LP unknown in other towns or cities. Stop complaining about what LP doesn’t have and start enjoying what it does
