school funding being reduced beyond comprehension - 11/8/2009
We love our local elementary school here in Encino, however more and more cuts are being made to school funding (while supervisors and other school administrators who do not work on school grounds but at district and state offices make a fat six figures)so class sizes are going up and services AT THE SCHOOLS are being reduced.
