I was born and raised in McFarland. My father and his father were farmers there in the 40s50s,and 60s. McFarland used to be a clean nice little town,now it is full of empty businesses on main street,they look like they are falling down. The main part of town used to have nice little houses,now those houses aren't kept up,yards are full of old cars,doesn't anyone paint there houses there? the town lookes like someone needs to bulldoze some of the houses . I hate to go there for a visit to look at what has happened to the nice little town I remenber.
