Reviews of 92586 Menifee, CA are highly positive overall. People love the easy access to major highways and being close to larger cities such as Temecula and San Diego. In addition to that, Menifee is known for its rural atmosphere and lush landscapes. There are plenty of outdoor activities for those who love nature such as camping, hiking, fishing, bird-watching and horseback riding through trails in the nearby hills. The town also has a wide selection of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and galleries that cater to both locals and visitors alike. Overall, people appreciate the calming beauty of Menifee and its welcoming community!

Sun City - 12/4/2008
Sun City, CA is a 55+ community dating back to the late 1960's. It currently appears to be in a state of decline not all of which can be blamed on the current housing crisis. Investors have come in to buy up homes and use them as rentals not always maintaining the property. The community has an "association" which has been plagued with unscheduled elections, allegations of this and that, and lawsuits. Currently the Board is once again raising dues, I believe it is to accomodate a new management company they hired. My point in writing about this is to warn folks to either stay away from communities with associations in which membership is mandatory or at least investigate the reputation of the association with current residents.
