Great Beach Town Some Drug/Transient Problems - 4/4/2018
This is a great place to live if u can afford housing. Beautiful beaches, great weather year around. Downside..like everywhere...drug activity. In upper middle class neighborhoods with rental homes, the dealer is moving in. Which means police raids on occasion . Unpleasant but police here are fabulous. But it's safe here, people are nice and you just have to be aware of the occasional creep in the grocery store parking lot amidst the nice people. It's crowded with a lot of traffic. Forget riding your bike except at the beach. Downtown is filled with every great big and small business you could ever want. A very fun downtown area. Many arts activities. Its getting more crowded and we have a huge water shortage. Why are they building 10,000 more condos and apartments. Because people love this
