Fort Collins Colorado has the most uncooperative officials in the USA.
Rents are far to high for the quality of houseing.
Crime is much greater than officials are willing to report.
Restrictions on property owners are unreasonable.
Local officials provides more free services to undocumented workers that to
US citizens
Predgudice runs rampant against specific religious groups
