We would like something small, we have a dog, she is well behaved, doesn't bark, attack, or chase people/cars, unless she wants to be petted. She never leaves the yard, w/o permission, she is 8 yrs.
Can be one level, just need one bedroom, one bath, yard would be nice, but not necessary. Can be a fixer upper, my husband is a Carpenter and I'm a CNA, very mellow, quite people, although myhusband likes to talk about cars and motorcycles alot we keep to ourselves, unless you need something. Don't drink or throw parties. We are mid-aged (ha) btw 45-50. Just moved here this summer and have been camping for sometime now, we love Gunnison. And my husband has work all winter or most of it. We are from Alaska. Everyone we have met here since May has been very nice to us.
