great place to live - 2/10/2017
I moved here from CA some 20 years ago to take a tenure track job. Still don't like East coast winters, but otherwise this city has grown on me. Very young, hip, diverse, great restaurants, theatres, parks, lovely waterfront. My daughter has attended public schools, now in 10th grade, doing great. I disagree w. Bert's assessment of real estate. Lower prices mean a buyers market (unless you are one of those home flippers, and we don't want you here anyway).
