This area, Tallyville, is north of Wilmington and away from it's crime and other urban issues. It consists of a number of quiet and well kept communities with home prices ranging from about 250K to 850K. Center City Philadelphia is a 25 commute by auto; one can drive to Wilmington in 10 minutes. The area's main shopping corridor, Concord Pike, is home to numerous quality restaurants and stores.
