The world is filled with people who like constant sun, warmth, and beach weather. I am not one of those people. I will admit that sometimes it is nice when everyone else in the country is practically frozen and you're sitting outside in shorts. But a Christmas day under 80 is very rare. It's almost always hot and humid, There is a brief period or winter, during which it is likely that it will freeze and many of your tropical plants will die unless you take very good care. And then there's hurricane season. Everyone stocks up for storms in a mad buzz to stay safe. When they are not too devastating, they are pretty fun to watch blow
