Melbourne is Nice - Palm Bay, eh--not so much - 10/18/2018
I don't know who wrote this review, but I live here and I can tell you Palm Bay is a ghetto. Family Oriented? ... that's because the low-lifes of society breed more than the educated working-class people. There's more poor, trashy, under-educated families in Palm Bay than anywhere else on the SPace Coast. It's the projects!!Melbourne is okay. Titusville and Rockledge are okay. Viera is NICE if you can afford to live there. Houses are $300k in Viera (32940 zip code)I have no idea about the schools. We're late 40's empty

Suntree - 2/11/2016
Golf-oriented, and retirement age dominated, I find Suntree to be okay to live in, although lacking in character. Another qualm is the lack of environmental awareness and concern. More pesticide, herbicide, and fertilizer sprayed here than I've ever seen anywhere...Uncoincidentaly, the tap water isn't safe to drink. Excellent public school in Suntree with solid parent support and far above the meager Florida public Ed.
