Our residential community has about 70 houses on 500 acres. There are five lakes for fishing, two tennis courts, a swimming pool, walking on roadways with few cars, campground, picnic areas, an open field for ball games or large group gatherings, and a clubhouse. People who choose to live here find peace and quiet, friendly neighbors, slower life style, or a retreat from daily work schedules. You can live secluded or be involved in community affairs.

Our lakes and grounds are professionally maintained.

We have a Home Owners Association and annual dues of $185. For this small sum you get ammenities and grounds maintenance. We have covenants to protect our standards and live harmonously. Homes must be at least 1600 square feet and no more that three levels. Some members own property here in order to use the ammenities.

Every season is the most beautiful season in Oak Mountain Estates. Living here is quiet, slow paced and friendly. The age of the residents is older than average with few children. We get around on golf carts. There is a recreation complex offering swimming, tennis, fishing, playground, clubhouse, and camping.
