Affordable Hawaii With Perfect Climate. - 5/19/2019
This is the best place that I have lived out of 10 States. It is Affordable Hawaii. It is like living in another Country, but still in the United States. Ocean View ZIP 96737 has a Diverse population "where everybody fits in". The Climate is perfect at our 2,700 foot elevation above sea level with Million Dollar Ocean View from our deck. Has Paved Roads, Property taxes for our House with Exemptions is $300/Year. $40/month 300 mbps fiber optic internet. Zoned Agricultural, an Acre of land is about $10,000. A house on an Acre of land is about $150,000. This is frontier land. About 1/2 the people that live here are from Alaska, Canada and Refugees from California. We grow most of our food on our property. People live longer here than on the mainland. Cancer rate here is 1/3 of Mainland. Costco is 50 miles away in Kona. We have never felt Island Fever in the last 5 years that we have lived here; probably because this area resonates with our Read More
