Quality of Life - Going Downhill - 6/7/2011
Lake in the Hills used to be nice, until all the foreclosures and short sales. We have many foreclosures and short sales on our block, and it brought down our house value tremendously. Now people who can't afford to live here are and thus more foreclosures. Now it's more trashy. People in the neighborhood causing alot of trouble. We plan on moving when house values go up, but what we see now, we don't think house values here will ever come back.
