Richmond Avenue - 2/5/2012
My neighborhood on Richmond is not the nicest place. For college students just moving out it's not too bad, but I would not recommend anyone with children of any age living here. I also would not recommend anyone wanting to rent in the Mattoon area rent from Doug Paulsen.
