Great Place to Raise a Family - 11/15/2018
I am a 40 year resident of Roselle, and I would happily live the rest of my life out here if it were not for the sky-high property taxes in Illinois and DuPage County. The town is family-oriented, and there is a good mix of ages in the neighborhoods. Crime is low here, and most of what little there is, is property-related, such as a car being broken into. We have good schools and a park district that offers many activities for all ages. The big tourist attraction in town is Lynfred Winery, which produces high-quality wines. There is also commuter train service from Roselle to downtown
