Nice town - 4/14/2024
I lived in Carmel before I moved to Noblesville and regret I moved. I wanted to save money thinking noblesville would be a safe bet and I was wrong. Property values are more secure in Carmel because Carmel won’t mix industry with residential. Carmel is better at protecting our water supply and doesn’t overbuild low end housing. Carmel has a more educated population and seems more sophisticated. People are friendly and take care of their properties. Read More
