Lived there. A few nice people. Good luck on community pride. None. Loud mouth businesses screaming obscenities-airboats' losers runningvthat disaster-perfect for rearing small impressionable children!
Petty tyrant mayor and his minions. Mayor lives off town-too lazy to work?? Town already down the tubes. Schools are a joke.
Glib glub glub town is going under. Every hurricane brings each home more waterfront property and less real land.

Bottom of the Rubbish Heap - 7/17/2017
Years ago this was a pleasant community in which to live. No more. Dirty, dumpy and trashy.
Inept leadership, which is characteristic of all of Louisiana. Ditto lack of community pride. Citizens easily duped by politicians who couldn't care less about them. Garbage dump in middle of town The result? It would do the nuclear waste sites in the western United States proud.
