Up and coming community - 10/5/2006
We just moved to Clarksburg and so far are very happy here. We have lived in Maryland (Rockville) for 2 years and decided to move further north in order to buy a new home. There is a lot of new construction in the area and traffic is getting very jammed since they are still working on roads that will hopefully relieve the congestion. There are brand new schools that have just opened (high school & elementary school) with more expected in the next few years. Retail stores are not close by yet since they are still planning to build those but they are few years away from that. It's exciting to be the first to live in an up and coming
