I've lived in Worcester for over 30 years. The city is dirty; the property taxes are skyhigh; the schools spend way more per pupil than the national average and still have the highest dropout rate in the state.
They have very strict gun control laws, yet people shoot each other nearly every week.
The city does absolutely nothing to help stem the illegal immigration problem and has policies and procedures designed to make it easier for illegal immigrants to live and work in the city at taxpayer expense.
Each year, the city spends $100,000 an inch to plow and remove snow and they never do a good job of cleaning the streets of snow and ice.
