Horrible Homicide rate - 3/14/2011
In 2010, the city of flint broke the past record of 63 homicides in a year and that was in 1983 when the total population was above 100,000 and in 2010 the total population has decreased substantially, even though homicide cases are rampant. The other major crime is arson of empty homes.

Vandalizing is on its peak and an empty home is vandalized within days. People are getting insane, using guns to settle down mere $60 of non-payment by a friend.
