North Side of Kalamazoo - 1/4/2010
As a life long resident I feel that the North Side has changed. Although it is the oldest part of the City Of Kalamazoo it has the most to gain. The homes average 100 years old. There are plots built in the 1950's that are a bargain in todays market. The North Side is a baby boomer's dream only 10 minuets away from downtown. Why buy downtown with no green grass or trees, when you can get a home and a lot with moderate taxes.
