When I lived there..... - 12/3/2010
My name is Jessica Palmateer and I just moved from Billings. I lived there for 9 and a half years. The number of jobs are very low. The reason why is because all of the elderly people that live there, don't want change. They want to keep it the way they remember it. Well scene the population of Billings has grown, we should change things so we will be recognized. It's a small nice town, but i would love to see it grow. A long time ago, the town was raciest against blacks. Some of the people still are. But that their belief. I would love to go back and visit, but i want something new. The school is very small even though we just did construction on it, preschool through 12th grade is all in one. If Billings keeps growing, then we need a bigger school. I still see myself as apart of that school and i always will. I lived there my whole life and i wish it did have to change. My name is Jessica Palmateer and I'm 15. I went to Billings School! :)
