Well for the last decade anyway. I've have seen many farms close up shop and sadden families quit their stewardship of the land. It seems the be more complete here in New Jersey where the state has all but given up on the small farm. Large estates are being built in the middle of what where once beautiful and productive fields. Nice town with good diversity, generally accepting community. Decent school system, little crime.
