This part of NJ is filled with farms, very large homes from the newcomers, and very small homes from the people who've lived there for 50 years. The newcomers with money are moving out in this direction for the scenery and quiet even though it's an hour commute from NYC. Incomes are very very high and the people that have been living there forever are being pushed out by the mansion people. It's a great, rural place to live for the mansion
