This place is Not for a Median salary person. - 6/7/2021
Everything looks good. There is a very safe place. But housing prices and utility bills are too high. The weather is crazy too windy and dust like a desert exactly. The living price is not for a median salary person. If you want to invest your life in paying a mortgage loan, it would be a good challenge. If you want to move to Rio Rancho, you have to check your budget first. We have lived in Rio Rancho for the past 4 years. We relocated from Las Vegas NV. and we all simply love it here. We live near the 550 freeway as well as NM 528. We have never experienced any crime in our neighborhood and believe it or not we feel perfectly safe leaving our doors unlocked when we are home. The weather is awesome, and the views incredible.
