when i first moved here 11 years ago, it was a war Zone, drugs every where. This area was mostly a dominican Neighborhood. As the influx of caucasians, puertoricans and asians started moving in, the neighborhood changed dramatically for the better. This neighborhood still has its low class delinquints but the working class dominicans, puertoricans, asians and caucasians are driving them out. thanks to colunbias universities expansion of this area it will son be a trendy spot to hang out. They already opened up a few upper echelon restaurants, like dinosua, Vinegar hill, the china cafe. this place looks to be expensive in 5 short
