I honestly feel the climate here is very depressing. According to Google the sun shines apx. 66 days full time, the remainder of days it is partly cloudy or entirely cloudy. This used to be a quaint little town but now it has traffic almost 24 hours per day. Global Foundries is a huge employer and this has increased rental prices and if you work in construction it is consistently going on with new apts.,high end apts., and homes. Good is the fact that it is close to the Saratoga Race Track and Lake George for activities.
