Bushwick, Brooklyn - 1/14/2008
I moved to New York back in 08/2007 for work-related purposes. I wanted to find an affordable place, yet be close to the city at the same time, so Bushwick seemed to be a good choice. We got a newly renovated 2br on a 3rd floor walk-up for $1600, so $800/ea. People who once lived in Williamsburg are moving out here because they're getting priced out and it's getting expensive. No doubt that 10 years from now, Bushwick will be the same
