Every neighborhood has its good and bad points yes, but because a family member did not do research, the block where my house is it reflects 100% the term "Ghetto" People that are content in their station in life and do not want it changed or threatened. I began improving my property, pretty flowers in front,white pebbles as their foundation, surrounded by a white picket fence.
It didn't take long for the children that live on this block to pick and run over the flowers with their bikes,taking the pebbles to throw or something,neighbors doing U-turns backing up into the fence that apparently they cannot see through the rear view. At first I had no fence so they had no problem going in my backyard when they pleased.I politely asked their parents "could you please tell your children not to enter my yard it scares my (at that time)80 year old Grand Mother.
