1) "I have lived in Pelham for over 10 years and I absolutely love it. The community is so welcoming and diverse. I feel safe walking around the village, which is a huge plus. The school district is excellent and my kids have had a great education here. The only downside is the cost of living, but it's worth it for the quality of life that Pelham offers." - Sarah K.
2) "I've lived in Pelham my whole life and it's a lovely place to grow up. However, as I got older, I noticed that there isn't much to do here for young adults. It's a quiet town and most of the activities revolve around families and kids. I would love to see more options for millennials and singles." - John M.
3) "Pelham is a great place to raise a family. The community is very involved and there are plenty of events and activities for families. The village is beautiful and well-maintained. However, the cost of living is quite high and it can be difficult for young families to afford to live here." - Emily T.
4) "I moved to Pelham a few years ago and it's been a wonderful experience. The village has a great mix of old charm and modern amenities. I love being able to walk to the train station and commute to the city in less than 30 minutes. The only downside is the lack of diversity, but it's something that the community is actively working on improving." - David L.

Friendly Neighborhood - 4/29/2007
Our neighborhood has what are called the Cotswald Cottages.
The houses in approx a three block radius were all build around 1925.
They are mostly white stucco homes...each a little different but obviously
designed by the same person and built at the same time.
It's a friendly neighborhood of similar small homes with nice sidewalk appeal.
Many families and singles and couples all enjoy living here.
