Waverly NY and surrounding towns - 6/26/2009
This is a going no place area. The taxes continue to increase, while our homes are worth less and less. Try selling a home around this area, you will lose money or not sell. There are no jobs here unless you want to make minimum wage or just over. Even with a college education there is little hope here. It's a shame because all of us who grew up in the area that stayed here cannot eek out a living and many are moving south or just out of the state. Too bad for NY.
