Looking for a 10 minute commute to RTP? Riggsbee Farm is conveniently located off Davis Drive just north of the High House Road intersection in Cary – Just 8 miles south of Interstate 40 and IBM and only 4 miles to Cisco.


Consisting of approximately 230 single family homes built by Drees between 1996 and 2003, Riggsbee Farm offers a community swimming pool, gated “kiddie” pool, covered rec. room with rest rooms, neighborhood playground, community sidewalks, and a community pond/lake with gazebo and walking trail. The home owners association fees include all this plus common area maintenance for only $46 per month.
