Quiet little place in the foothills. convenient to stores about 10-15 min travel. semi cities less than 30 min large cities around a hour drive. Land prices are more than fair. community and people are 10/10.. My family moved from the convenient terminal of Salisbury NC. traffic, people and crime were the deciding factor to raise our children. In four months we have established really close friends and welcomed into the church family with open arms. schools are small class size and rate some of the best in the state. weather is cooler, air is cleaner, life is great. state parks are close, rivers are abundant, mountains vacations extremely close. Although we have only lived here a short time. We absolutely love it. We moved from florida. We will stand the cold over the heat and population of florida. It's quiet and peaceful here and the people are great.
