Weddington, NC and Matthews, NC - 12/9/2009
Weddington is a little bedroom city of Charlotte, North Carolina with highlights recognizing their schools and low tax basis. The original plan for Weddington was 1 house per acre and they stand strong with that philosophy; although the surrounding towns or Waxhaw, Indian Trail and Wesley Chapel boasts more density and smaller acreage for lots, they incur the same style of living and the best schools in the area. Sports, atheltics and community spirit drive the increase of moving and traffic to these spots on the map close to Charlotte, NC. I love helping people move to this area and they generally are happy and surprised to find this one of the friendliest places to live. Crime is low and support and activities for the active adults and children are prominate. Sports and activities in the surrounding schools of Weddington, Wesley Chapel, Sun Valley and Marvin Ridge and the newly constructed Cuthbertson is exciting and the momentum is high.
