Our home is located on a tranquil, semi-private drive, in the Historic Perkins Woods Neighborhood. Within a 5-10 minute stroll we enjoy the...

1) Akron Zoo (Newly remodeled & best neighborhood bang 4 the buck)

2) A comprehensive revamped public transit system (which accesses 3 different Counties "Yes ALL NE Ohio!!" while using EARTH friendly CNG fuel :-D

3) A nice community center that's great for hosting medium to large social functions. While the adults play in the dance hall the kids can play in the gym & game room or the other way around :-D

4) Football and softball fields

5) To top it off we have a fun filled community swimming pool :-D

So it's no wonder that we'd win the best place to have Thanksgiving in America, because we're a warm family & friends type of place to be!!
