Klienfeltersville is a small town made up of just over 4,000 people. The "city center" consists of five stop signs, a post-office, and the K-Ville Inn. The K-Ville Inn was known as a trashy bar, but under new management and after remodeling and adding a deck it is now a trendy place to hang out with great food and and excellent quesadilla night. The only attraction within the Kleinfeltersville limits is the Middle Creek wild-life preserve which has some beautiful scenic walks and bird watching
