Worst community to live in - 8/9/2012
18 years ago I bought a mobile home in a community called Emerald Forest. it was on a rented lot. back then, it was the nicest place you would want to live. Over the years more people moved in and more homes put in. The place started going downhill.
About 4 years ago a guy named Bruce Benton purchased our part of the park. We all thought he would make it better. WRONG! He would not keep up the entrance on the road leading in to us, and the quality of people moving in got worse.personalities became a conflict due to people who wanted to run the place and talk trash about you behind your back, and when confronted, they run, hide and say they never said anything.
I had this happen to me last year. I have been on disability since '05 and always paid my lot rent on time and stayed to myself.This one lady two homes down clashed with me several times.She couldn't stand the fact I had a bigger home and nicer yard.She was rude, smoked weed, and rumored a crack head.She along Read More
