knoxville downtown very walkable and friendly - 9/1/2018
Knoxville downtown is very walkable with all the necessary services within footsteps . police protection is excellent and residents are friendly. restraunts, theatres , banks and library are excellent. transportation is free with the Knoxville trolly . a very healthy environment with many greenways and citywalks.only downside is the democratic mayor who has raised taxes 5% and added parking meters all over the city streets . previous mayor was republican and renovated the city infrastructure without taxing
