N.Grand Prairie SEEMED LIKE A FOREIGN COUNTRY! - 7/22/2020
i lived in zip code 75050 from 2010-2019 and I HATED THIS AREA! Crime was rampant - drug dealers approached my stepson TWICE (once at the school bus stop and again while he was walking on our street!) SWAT raids, police canvassing area for suspects hiding in backyards, gun shots at night, and domestic disturbances became the norm. Scary! I grew up in Southwest Arlington, so this place was a culture shock since i had to adapt to a drastically lower quality of life until we moved back to S. Arlington last summer. Thank God! So sad for those who remain though. There are many communities nearby that have higher standards of living and decent schools for kids along with lower crime rates and better housing. To each his own, i guess. i feel sorry for those who are stuck there because there is little hope for change. Look up the stats for yourself. Read More
