A California transplant to Katy - 9/30/2006
Katy is a wondeful town, has outstanding schools and the people here are courteous and friendly. YES! it is HOT in the summer and muggy too,(think Hawaii with no breeze) so if you plan to move here I suggeset you get a house with a pool and A/C, with these 2, life is a breeze! The housing market is on an upward trend so prices are going up but there are alot of homes at very reasonable prices (4+3 in the low 200's)in the area (with pools!). I am a native Californian and feel that this is the best move we have ever made.
