Mission, Texas is the place to go if you like year-round shirt-sleeve weather. There are very few truly wintry days. The thermostat rarely dips under 40 in the very short winter. The downside would be the lack of rain in the summer where a little shower would be a welcome change during the days and days of temperatures ranging from 90-100 degrees.
